Four dates, four Michelin-starred chefs and four restaurants in our area: these are the ingredients for the evenings under the title Menù d’Autore that the Producers’ Consortium for Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore has scheduled in the month of May.
These are four dates devised for sampling the excellence of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, combined with some of the finest dishes that Italy has to offer.
Carlo Cracco, Moreno Cedroni, Cristina Bowerman and Simone Padoan will be the chefs proposing their menus for wine and food lovers. Each of them will show off the tradition and quality of Prosecco Superiore at one of the area’s finest restaurants.
